We work very hard to ensure that the highest quality standards are met, but if you are unhappy with the quality of the goods shipped, or the goods don't fit you properly, you can return the goods.
- You must intimate us within 48 hours of receiving the order. Write to us at email@example.com
- All products returned should be unused, unwashed and in original condition with all the packaging, tags intact.
- Our logistics partner will pick up the products after placing a request.
- For certain pin codes where the reverse pick up service is not provided by our logistics partner, the customer will have to ship the product back on his/her expense.
- If all return criteria are met only then, the products can be replaced or exchanged for a new product, store credit or cash refund after deducting shipping / courier charges.
- For all sale items a cash refund will not be provided but can be exchanged for another size or store credit.
